- All accommodations will only be processed once payment has been made.
- Deposit payment for the tour is 50% and must be made within 3 (three) days after confirmation.
- If paying via bank transfer, please send us the payment proof.
- Full payment should be completed 3 days before the tour.
- Cancellation after making the payment means the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation after full payment: 50% refund if canceled 14 days before, 20% refund if canceled 7 days before, and no refund (forfeited) if canceled 3 days before.
- Refunds for airfare (if included) will be processed separately and will follow the policies of the respective airline company.
- Cancellation of accommodation schedules due to weather is beyond our responsibility; extension and overtime costs are charged to the participants.
