Is a down payment (DP) required to make a reservation ?

Yes, booking validation requires a down payment (DP) of at least 30%, and the booking can be considered valid. The down payment is necessary to secure the rental agreement between Winholiday and the prospective customer.

After the down payment is made by the customer, what are the next steps in the booking process ?

If you choose online payment, as soon as the down payment transaction is validated, we will send you a receipt in the form of a softcopy of the official invoice from PT Windo Berkah Utama.

Three days before the use of the unit, you are required to make full payment. We will then send you a softcopy of the official receipt as proof of payment.

Is there an additional charge for pick-up ?

A pick-up charge applies if the pick-up is from outside Bekasi. The nominal amount is according to the agreement

How long is the fleet usage period/rental period ?

The earliest start time for usage is 05:00.

The usage limit for in-city bus rentals is 12 hours, and for out-of-city destinations, the limit is 18 hours.

The latest end time for usage is 23:00.

What if the usage exceeds the rental duration?

Overtime usage fees will still apply at 5% of the total hourly rental fee. This rate will be the right of the driver and maid for overtime costs.
