The terms and conditions of this insurance are binding and regulate the insurance we provide for you as our customer, with reference to the Indonesian Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy (PSAKBI).

All our vehicles are insured with an insurance company (hereinafter referred to as the “Insurance Party”) designated by Winholiday and PO used with Comprehensive Insurance in accordance with the terms specified in the insurance policy.

This insurance applies to all vehicle rental services from Winholiday, whether renting a vehicle with a driver or just renting a vehicle, with coverage, compensation amounts, and other details regulated in these Terms and Conditions.

This insurance is mandatory and inseparable from our services. By using our services, you are deemed to have agreed to these insurance terms. Therefore, we recommend that you read the Insurance Terms & Conditions in detail before booking our services.

Insurance protection begins when you as the renter start using the Winholiday services and vehicles, and it automatically ends following the end of your rental period.
